4. How long does it take to receive a custom-made outfit? Our tailors take between 10 to 21 working days to complete any custom-made clothing. We ensure meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in every piece.
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day easy return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
6. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. You can track your order through the carrier's tracking system.
7. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping within Lagos. For other locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
