Returns

  • Sale items and custom-made orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: Send your return to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
  • Sale items and custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Process:

Partial Refunds
